About the role

As a Brand Representative you will bring the Hollister store experience to life, engaging customers with genuine care and creating a welcoming environment. You will assist shoppers in finding what they need while maintaining a well‑presented store.

Key responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service, anticipate customer needs, and offer product support and styling guidance.
Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
Handle online orders by supporting Save the Sale, fulfilling in‑store pick‑up, and packaging ship‑from‑store orders.

Required profile

Enjoys connecting with customers and delivering friendly service.
Detail‑oriented and able to maintain store presentation standards.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
