About the role

The Beauty Advisor will work in a flagship Nocibé store in Annemasse, providing personalized advice and product recommendations to customers seeking cosmetics and fragrance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored product suggestions.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide range of beauty brands and keep up-to-date with new launches.
• Ensure the sales floor is tidy, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges following company policy.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues during busy periods.
