Conducteur de travaux – Réhabilitation de sites occupés (F/H)

About the role

The position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of construction projects on occupied sites, from initial planning through to final hand‑over. It combines strategic preparation, on‑site execution oversight, and comprehensive financial and administrative control.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and subcontractor plans.
• Monitor day‑to‑day execution, ensuring work quality and safety standards.
• Lead both internal teams and subcontractors, coordinating resources and resolving issues on site.
• Handle financial tracking, invoicing and administrative documentation throughout the project.
• Conduct final inspections and manage the formal reception of completed works.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing the complete construction cycle on occupied sites.
• Strong ability to plan, budget and manage subcontractors.
• Leadership skills to direct internal staff and external contractors.
• Solid understanding of financial and administrative processes in construction projects.
