About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager specialized in metallic structures to lead construction sites for a well‑known client in the building sector. Based in Chartres, you will act as the primary liaison between the client and the project teams, ensuring that metal‑frame buildings are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of metallic structure projects, from planning and procurement to execution and hand‑over.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, permits, and progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing construction projects involving steel or metal frameworks.
• Strong understanding of French construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and partners.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
