Compliance Manager – Risks

About the role

Airbus Commercial seeks a Compliance Manager – Risks to join its Prevention and Global Reach team in Toulouse. You will be responsible for identifying, mapping and mitigating ethics and compliance risks that could affect the company’s integrity and licence to operate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk assessments across all Airbus entities.
• Define and improve risk questionnaires, calculation methodologies and impact definitions to maintain accurate Heat Maps.
• Collaborate with functions across the three main divisions to capture emerging risks and ensure the risk profile reflects reality.
• Communicate assessment results, drive mitigation actions and promote a risk‑aware culture through training and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate risk, second‑level controls and internal controls, and maintain Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance for Ethics & Compliance.
• Manage business requirements for the shared risk assessment tool and support the development of dashboards integrating multiple data streams.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in risk mapping and risk assessment, preferably in a complex international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Export Control and Fraud risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
