Compliance Analyst – France

About the role

Teleflex is seeking a proactive Compliance Analyst to support its French operations. The role ensures that contracts, internal procedures and interactions with health‑care professionals comply with company policies, French regulations and industry codes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review contracts and internal procedures to protect Teleflex’s contractual posture.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Snitem guidelines, the MedTech Europe Code, Teleflex Code of Ethics and related policies.
• Oversee anti‑gift, transparency reporting and other local regulatory requirements.
• Manage electronic and paper compliance files and maintain training and education logs for France.
• Identify and implement improvements to policies, procedures and controls related to HCP contracts.
• Support the EMEA Transparency Manager in developing tools and systems for transparency obligations.
• Assist the France Compliance Manager with data management, reseller due‑diligence, audit and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate due‑diligence processes with distributors, sales agents and third‑party intermediaries.
• Schedule and document compliance team meetings, external counsel sessions and prepare training presentations.

Required profile

• Autonomous, independent professional with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to consult with internal teams and external counsel.
• Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs or legal environments, preferably within the medical‑device sector.
