Community Manager (Luxury Travel)

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead the digital presence of our UK destination and engage a high‑end B2B travel‑advisor community. Based in Fuveau, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to create premium content and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a social‑media strategy that reflects the expectations of ultra‑luxury travelers.
• Produce, edit and schedule high‑quality visual content (photos, videos, reels, carousels) for our channels.
• Plan and host bi‑weekly webinars, preparing sophisticated presentations and managing all communications before and after each event.
• Design and launch an annual email‑marketing calendar using HubSpot, creating on‑brand templates and tracking performance metrics.
• Engage daily with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and grow relationships with prestigious travel‑advisor networks.
• Monitor brand sentiment and online reputation, ensuring a polished elite image.
• Analyse monthly KPIs (engagement, reach, community growth) and optimise content based on data.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury tourism and strong understanding of B2B travel‑advisor ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently within a hybrid schedule.
