Community & Advocacy Manager

About the role

As the Community & Advocacy Manager you will be the human voice of Alan across the online spaces where our audience gathers – Reddit, Trustpilot, professional forums, LinkedIn, Meta comments and direct messages. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role that blends authentic community participation with strategic advocacy building.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, engage and respond to conversations on Reddit, Trustpilot, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant forums.
• Launch and grow Alan’s own community spaces, starting with a dedicated subreddit.
• Identify satisfied members and credible creators, turning them into brand advocates.
• Collaborate daily with the SEO/GEO Lead and the senior Organic Social Media Lead to align community work with broader organic strategy.
• Develop a playbook for the French market and adapt it for Belgium, Spain and Canada as the company expands.
• Track sentiment, gather feedback and report insights to improve product and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities or advocacy programs.
• Excellent written communication in English (French a plus).
• Comfortable engaging authentically in public forums and handling a variety of health‑related queries.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate community insights into actionable recommendations.
