Communications Video Specialist (Fixed‑term)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Communications Video Specialist to produce high‑quality video and visual content for internal and external audiences. Based in Paris, the role combines shooting, editing and motion‑graphics work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video content for corporate communications, including interviews and behind‑the‑scenes pieces.
• Edit third‑party event footage into corporate‑style films and social‑first videos.
• Create basic motion‑graphic title sequences and integrate them into final cuts.
• Maintain and organise assets within the Media Asset Management (MAM) system.
• Photograph staff for corporate profile images and manage the photo archive.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an edit‑focused video production role.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a small team.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Motion‑graphics creation
• Colour grading and basic audio mixing
• Operation of a two‑camera interview setup (Sony A7III) with three‑point lighting
• Basic photography and photo‑editing
