Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Blue Dot Network (BDN) Secretariat, hosted by the OECD, is looking for a Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of the Secretariat, you will support the implementation of the BDN initiative and help expand its global footprint through strategic communication and engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and scale integrated content, digital, communications, marketing and public‑relations strategies for the BDN.
• Support the design and execution of the Secretariat’s outreach and communications plan.
• Identify, map and analyse stakeholders across the infrastructure investment ecosystem, including investors, governments, private‑sector partners and civil‑society organisations.
• Translate complex infrastructure and development‑finance concepts into clear, compelling messages and engagement materials.
• Coordinate transversal initiatives and partnerships to amplify BDN’s visibility.

Required profile

• Proactive, strategic communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Solid understanding of the global infrastructure and development‑finance landscape.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, multi‑stakeholder team.
