Communication (VIP/Influence) Assistant Internship – Europe

About the role

Join the Press team of a leading luxury fashion house as a Communication (VIP/Influence) Assistant Intern. You will support the Head of VIP & Influence Europe on a daily basis and contribute to the overall operations of the press department for a six‑month full‑time internship starting September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VIP & Influence shopping send‑outs and returns across Europe.
• Support showroom appointments for VIP stylists, celebrities and influencers.
• Liaise with stylists, celebrities and influencers to coordinate collaborations.
• Coordinate influencer seedings throughout each season.
• Assist with stock organization, storage and destocking of collections.
• Participate actively in the daily operations of the press department.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in communications, press relations or a related field.
• At least one successful experience within a press department (in‑house or agency), preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Motivated, autonomous, team‑player with strong sensitivity to the brand’s products and universe.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and excellent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Launchmetrics and Lefty (Ctzar) is a plus.
