Commercial & Contracts Manager (f/m)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Commercial & Contracts Manager to join its Telecom & Navigation team in Toulouse. You will support high‑value satellite export contracts throughout the full contract life‑cycle, from proposal preparation to contract close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare competitive commercial and financial proposals for prime telecom and navigation satellite contracts.
• Develop and present commercial strategies to senior management and obtain internal approvals.
• Draft, review, redline and negotiate a variety of agreements, including MOAs, teaming agreements, NDAs, equipment and services contracts.
• Support contract execution by monitoring milestones, managing payments and coordinating with finance, legal and specialist functions.
• Provide regular commercial briefings to senior management and maintain contract documentation.
• Manage claims, waivers and post‑award contractual activities to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Significant experience in commercial and contract management within the aerospace or satellite industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom and navigation satellite markets and export regulations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal, engineering and program teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
