Clinical Research Associate (CRA) France - Single Sponsor

About the role

Syneos Health is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) based in France, working as a single sponsor. The role covers on-site and remote monitoring of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with widely accepted clinical practices.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clinical research studies on site and remotely, reviewing study protocols, informed consent forms and case report forms
• Develop and implement quality monitoring tools, procedures and processes, such as monitoring plans, checklists and templates
• Contribute to SOPs, training materials and other processes, programs and policies
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress and resolve issues
• Document monitoring activities accurately and on time, including reports, follow-up letters and action plans
• Work with investigators, site staff and other stakeholders to support clinical trial operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring
• Strong knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent certification
