Client Director - Brand Tracking & Research

About the role

Kantar is looking for a Client Director in Bagneux to partner with leading global clients and help grow their brands through deep human understanding and data-driven insight. The role works across complex, multi-country research programmes in the hot beverages sector and shapes decision-making at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead the design and delivery of brand tracking programmes and associated research modules.
• Translate business challenges into clear research solutions and actionable insights.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop a small team while collaborating with global centres of expertise.

Required profile

• Strong experience in market research, brand strategy or consulting (7+ years).
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-market research programmes.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project planning and resource management.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories.
• Confident communication.
