Client Advisor – Full-Time Retail Role

About the role

The Client Advisor will welcome customers into the Manebí store in St. Tropez, sharing the brand’s Mediterranean heritage and guiding shoppers toward a personalized, complete look. This full‑time position focuses on delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the entire purchase journey, offering product recommendations that match their needs.
• Drive sales through up‑selling and cross‑selling while meeting store targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships using digital tools and omnichannel communication.
• Handle daily store operations such as stock replenishment, visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, GDPR regulations, and workplace safety policies.
• Utilise digital platforms to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or luxury sales, preferably in a similar advisory role.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.
• Strong client‑eling mindset, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to flexible working hours.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management.
