Client Advisor – Fixed-Term (Paris)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Prada in Paris, you will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every customer. You will guide clients through the world of Prada, fostering strong relationships and encouraging brand loyalty while meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture and maintain client data in the company CRM to enable tailored follow‑up and future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize cross‑selling and achieve sales KPIs.
• Stay informed about fashion trends, competitors, and product knowledge to advise clients accurately.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, shop‑floor presentation, and security to prevent theft.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to record client interactions.
• In‑depth knowledge of Prada’s product categories.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
