Chief Scrum Master (Release Train Engineer) – 3DX One Platform

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a seasoned Chief Scrum Master, also known as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), to lead the 3DX One‑platform Large Solution in Toulouse. You will coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring delivery for the New Generation Single Aisle Aircraft Program and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and customer service stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce SAFe methodology and Airbus M20543 quality standards across the ART.
• Track performance indicators, deliver the ART quality plan, and facilitate Inspect & Adapt ceremonies.
• Work with system architects and Product Managers to align strategy, execute multi‑EPIC road‑maps, and manage critical dependencies.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and coordinate with other trains.
• Monitor ART budget, oversee partners/suppliers, and support resource planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an RTE or in large‑scale Agile project management, preferably in aerospace or complex industrial environments.
• Background in IT, IT project management, or aeronautical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
