Chief Product Officer – B2B Scale-up (Paris)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead the scaling of a high‑visibility B2B unit within a profitable, internationally recognised digital platform. Based in Paris, the CPO will own product strategy, execution and ecosystem orchestration, driving a fundamental business‑model pivot from bespoke integrations to a scalable SaaS offering.

Key responsibilities

• Transform the current B2B product and technology landscape into an industrialised, scalable ecosystem.
• Define and execute the strategic product roadmap, conduct market assessments and identify new monetisation models.
• Lead, inspire and manage a cross‑functional product and engineering team of 40+ professionals.
• Champion AI innovation while implementing rigorous governance to protect IP and ecosystem integrity.
• Collaborate closely with the CRO and other senior leaders to align product initiatives with overall growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience guiding a “start‑up to scale‑up” transition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of complex content‑access platforms, IP licensing and third‑party dependency models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously at an executive level.
• Strong track record of building and scaling product organisations of 40+ members.
