Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

About the role

The company is a private‑equity backed industrial organisation operating across OT and hybrid cloud environments. As Chief Information Security Officer, you will define and steer the global cybersecurity strategy while supporting rapid international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for IT, OT and cloud assets.
• Lead risk management, executive reporting and crisis command for major cyber incidents.
• Oversee outsourced security providers, Managed Security Service Providers and Security Operations Centers.
• Establish real‑time visibility of assets, third‑party vendor controls and live security dashboards.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance (e.g., NIS2) and robust identity & access management across all environments.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity for industrial (OT/IBMi) and hybrid cloud (Azure, Office 365, on‑premises) environments.
• Proven senior leadership in risk governance, executive communication and incident command.
• Experience balancing 24/7 operational uptime with strong security controls.
• Fluent operational English; French market experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery, business continuity planning and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, Lead Auditor) is advantageous.
