Chef de projet MOE Hydraulique urbaine

About the role

Egis is looking for a Project Manager (MOE) specialized in urban water engineering to join its Sainte‑Marie office in Réunion. Reporting to the agency manager, you will lead the design, feasibility and execution of water treatment and hydraulic infrastructure projects for public and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full MOE or AMO missions on treatment plants (STEP, REUT, AEP) and related hydraulic works.
• Produce technical studies covering design, feasibility, diagnostics and upstream assessments.
• Manage projects financially, technically and relationally, ensuring budgets and profitability.
• Oversee construction sites, monitor progress and guarantee quality delivery.
• Occasionally support river‑bank reinforcement, renaturation and coastal development studies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in urban water projects, including treatment plants, desalination, and hydraulic structures.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater and drinking‑water networks.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
