Chef de Partie (H/F) – Winter Season 26/27

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a Chef de Partie for its winter pop-up kitchen in Megève (season 26/27). The role supervises and oversees the preparation of food for guest orders, ensuring consistent quality and that the food offering stays at the centre of the guest experience. The role adapts constantly to periods of high activity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis and trainees.
• Carry out and ensure the setup of the section under the supervision of a Sous-Chef or Chef.
• Manage production and product storage.
• Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.

Required profile

• Previous similar working experience.
• Legal right to work in France at the time of application.
• Fluency in French and English.
