Chargé de projets RSE

About the role

The CSR Project Manager will join the RSE (Corporate Social Responsibility) department of Fnac Darty, a large retail group, to help implement its sustainability strategy across five pillars: climate, sustainable consumption, human capital, business ethics, and territories & culture.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation of the sustainability report (CSRD directive) and extra‑financial questionnaires.
• Coordinate the collection, verification and reporting of non‑financial data (energy consumption, waste recycling, CO₂ emissions, packaging management, social indicators) with an independent third‑party auditor.
• Support environmental, social and governance risk management, including compliance with the Duty of Vigilance and CSDDD.
• Assist the company in reducing its environmental impact and enhancing its societal contribution, tracking progress with appropriate performance indicators.
• Facilitate RSE governance through the Group’s strategic committees.
• Raise awareness, train and mobilise employees both at headquarters and in stores on sustainability issues.
• Maintain regulatory and strategic ESG watch.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (minimum Bac+5) with a specialization in CSR or sustainability.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar CSR role, preferably in retail or a specialized consultancy.
• Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and curiosity about ecological transition.
• Excellent listening skills to engage with employees, suppliers and customers.
• Proficiency in English and comfort with quantitative reporting.
• Good writing and communication abilities across all channels.
