About the role
The Programme Manager works within the Directorate of Project Management and reports to the service manager. The position is responsible for driving and guaranteeing the success of improvement operations concerning the built environment, its outdoor spaces and new offers, from the initial set‑up phase to the final guarantee of perfect completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the improvement projects of the built environment, outdoor areas and new offerings.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and set‑up to final hand‑over.
- Ensure that each operation reaches the stage of perfect completion as defined by the service manager.
- Coordinate activities and monitor progress to achieve the defined objectives.
Required profile
- Ability to work within the Directorate of Project Management and report to the service manager.
- Experience in managing improvement projects related to built environments or similar contexts.
