About the role

The position is for an Electricity Business Manager who will join a service company specialized in multi‑technical installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for professional buildings (office, industrial and commercial sectors). The role focuses on developing and managing the electricity portfolio for the company’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients in the electricity sector for professional building projects.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate installation, repair and maintenance operations with technical teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and follow up on project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the service offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the electricity or building services industry.
• Strong understanding of the needs of tertiary, industrial and commercial buildings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
