Channel Sales Manager – French-speaking EMEA

About the role

Plaud is building a real‑world AI interface for professionals and seeks a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across French‑speaking markets in Europe. You will be responsible for expanding Plaud’s presence in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and French‑speaking Switzerland while working closely with distributors and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales targets and regional market development plans for French‑speaking European territories.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with distributors, ensuring order execution, inventory management, promotions and marketing asset updates.
• Lead new product launches, in‑store optimization projects and track sell‑in/sell‑out performance.
• Support sales forecasting, regional data collection and performance reporting.
• Gradually take full ownership of business operations for 1–2 countries and report regularly on performance, ROI and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of experience in international sales, channel management, account management or business development.
• Fluent in French (native or business‑proficient) and English.
• Strong execution, communication and follow‑up abilities, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural team and willing to travel frequently across Europe.
