Cash Corporate Actions and Listing Operations Analyst

About the role

Euronext Market Services (EMS) is looking for an Analyst, Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations to join its team in Paris. The role covers the full lifecycle of instrument reference data and issuer-related operations, supporting members and partners while safeguarding the accuracy of market information.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for issuers and their representatives, giving guidance on listing and corporate actions across Euronext cash markets (Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon)
• Analyse and structure corporate actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility
• Advise issuers on optimal execution frameworks and review legal and transaction documentation
• Coordinate listing processes for equities, equity-linked instruments and bonds, working with post-trade infrastructures such as Euronext Clearing and CSDs
• Draft, validate and publish official Euronext market notices
• Maintain and update instrument data in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to process optimisation, digitalisation and transformation projects

Required profile

• Master's degree in finance, business or equivalent
• At least five years' experience in financial markets, exchanges or post-trade environments, ideally with corporate actions or listings exposure
• Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and cash products
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus
• High level of autonomy, accountability and collaboration
