Care Ops

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Ops professional to join its fast‑growing Care team. You will help scale a global care operation that combines insurance, prevention and direct member support, leveraging AI and automation to serve millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Care Community across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and other markets.
• Manage high‑volume member interactions while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with product, sales and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive automation initiatives, aiming to increase AI‑handled conversations beyond the current 40% benchmark.
• Identify and solve operational challenges related to AI quality, productivity and scaling.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for improving large‑scale processes.
• Ability to work in a distributed, high‑performance team environment.
• Comfort with rapid growth and evolving operational priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled customer service or automation tools.
• Familiarity with care or insurance operations at scale.
