Care Expert – Member Support & Projects

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to turn member requests into delightful experiences. You will act as a trusted guide for members, providing clear information and timely solutions while mastering the French healthcare system and the needs of corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fast, accurate responses to member inquiries.
• Provide clear, transparent guidance throughout the care journey.
• Understand and explain the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance benefits.
• Allocate 80% of time to direct member support and 20% to innovative care projects.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives, data‑driven solutions and end‑to‑end implementations.
• Mentor and inspire fellow team members, building high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Experience in member support or customer care, preferably in health or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of the French healthcare system and corporate health insurance.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
