Care Expert – Member Support & Projects (France)

About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to join its French team and turn member requests into delightful experiences. You will act as a trusted guide for members, providing clear, accurate information and swift assistance while also contributing to innovative care projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries with timely, empathetic support.
• Provide accurate information about the French healthcare system and Alan’s corporate health insurance offering.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on data insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects that enhance member empowerment and care team performance.
• Mentor and inspire fellow team members, building high‑performing project groups.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping people and solving member challenges.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology.
• Experience in member support or customer care, preferably in health insurance.
