As a Care Expert at Alan, you will be the trusted guide for members navigating the French healthcare system. Your mission is to turn complex health questions into simple, delightful experiences while supporting corporate partners who use Alan as their health insurance provider.

Key responsibilities

• Provide swift, accurate answers to member inquiries, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and the needs of B2B partners.
• Allocate 80% of time to direct member support and 20% to innovative care projects.
• Identify process improvements, analyse data insights, and lead end‑to‑end implementations.
• Guide and inspire teammates, build high‑performing project teams, and contribute to product innovations.
• Design initiatives that increase member autonomy and improve Care team structures.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Comfort with digital tools and technology‑driven workflows.
