About the role

Alan is looking for a Care Expert to turn member requests into delightful experiences. You will act as a trusted guide for members, providing clear, accurate information and swift support while mastering the French healthcare system and the needs of corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries with timely, empathetic, and accurate assistance.
• Explain complex healthcare and insurance concepts in simple, human terms.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on data insights.
• Lead small‑scale care projects, from design to execution.
• Mentor and inspire fellow team members, helping build high‑performing project teams.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for helping people and solving member challenges.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Comfortable using digital tools and navigating technology.
