About the role

As a Care Expert at Alan, you will be the trusted guide for our members, turning their health‑related requests into delightful experiences. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering clear, accurate information and timely solutions that help members stay healthy and confident in our prevention‑focused insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via chat, email or phone with speed and empathy.
• Provide accurate health‑insurance information, explain coverage details and guide members through preventive services.
• Document interactions in our internal systems to ensure continuity and quality.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product teams to improve the member journey.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Alan’s integrated insurance, prevention, and care offering.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for health and wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, transparent culture.
