Buyer – Marking & Decofilm

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Buyer specialized in Marking and Decofilm to join its Chemicals & Services Procurement team in Toulouse, France. You will work within a multinational environment, influencing internal and external stakeholders while protecting Airbus interests across its commercial aircraft programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Define sourcing strategies and maintain supplier relationships to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Run Calls for Tenders, evaluate offers and select suppliers according to Airbus procedures.
• Negotiate long‑term contracts and monitor contractual terms throughout development, production and support phases.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including programme, design, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and finance.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage claims, identify cost‑reduction opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, tender management and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work in an international team and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and project‑leadership experience.
