Buyer – Cabin Aftermarket

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Buyer for Cabin Aftermarket to join its Procurement Cabin department in Toulouse. You will work within an international team supporting Airbus Customer Services and aftermarket activities, ensuring optimal commercial performance and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all cabin aftermarket procurement activities.
• Represent the Procurement Cabin team in cross‑functional groups, influencing decisions and shaping commercial strategies.
• Lead tenders, negotiations and contract management for cabin retrofit products.
• Validate supplier offers for retrofit campaigns against contractual and business requirements.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks while promoting operational excellence and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, sourcing or a commercial environment.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a technical focus on cabin systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; fluent in English.
• Experience working in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
