Buyer – Aftersales Procurement (Cabin)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Buyer to join the Cabin Procurement Aftermarket Team (PCR) in Toulouse. The role supports the STC Solutions Programme and the Airbus Corporate Jet department, driving sourcing and procurement activities for after‑sales cabin upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategies, launch RFQs and lead Call‑for‑Tender processes from supplier selection to contract signing.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms, secure contract updates and manage terms during in‑service issues.
• Monitor contract lifecycle, ensure timely creation of non‑recurring cost purchase orders and accurate price loading in SAP/AMOS.
• Represent Procurement in Sub‑Multifunctional Teams to align line‑fit and after‑sales strategies and support pre‑sales quotations.
• Qualify new suppliers, track performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management or sourcing, preferably in customer services or contract management.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a technical background in cabin systems or related engineering.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial agreement monitoring and stakeholder management.
