Business Success Partner – Automotive Workshops Network

About the role

MSX International helps car manufacturers optimise their after-sales and workshop operations and grow their service businesses. It is looking for Business Success Partners to build a European network of independent car repair workshops under one shared brand. You will manage a portfolio of around 70 workshops in your region and help them grow, while bringing new workshops into the network. The position is 100% field-based, with three openings: two in the Hauts-de-France area (Lille, Arras, Amiens) and one in Toulouse.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of around 70 partner workshops (about 70% of the role): make regular visits to support each workshop and help it grow.
• Drive growth in spare-parts sales and workshop activity across your portfolio.
• Identify and approach independent workshops in your region, present the network's offer and sign new partners (about 30% of the role).
• Plan your territory and weekly visits independently, using CRM data to prioritise where you add most value.
• Share field insights and contribute ideas to improve the network's offer, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a field-based role such as field sales, area or zone manager, network development, or sales delegate, managing your own schedule and customer portfolio.
• Experience working with B2B customers.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket (parts distribution, workshops, dealerships, repair networks) is a strong advantage.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Valid driving licence (B).

Required skills

• Confident use of digital tools and CRM systems, able to use data to guide decisions.
• Highly autonomous, organised and self-motivated.

• Base salary of EUR 35,000–40,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
