Business Development & Sales Paid Internship (Final Year)

About the role

StudentGator, an Edtech startup helping international students apply to their dream schools, is looking for a motivated Business Development and Sales intern. This paid internship is designed for final‑year students who want to gain hands‑on experience in recruiting and supporting international learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment pipelines for prospective international students.
• Acquire, qualify, and nurture leads through personalized outreach.
• Collect and analyse data from marketing campaigns to optimise acquisition strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with current students and provide follow‑up support.
• Design and implement new social‑media strategies to increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong interest in the education sector and Edtech.
• Dynamic, able to thrive in an international, fast‑moving environment.
• Graduated or about to graduate from a recognised Business School (Master’s level, Bac +5) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and teamwork skills.
