Business Development Representative – France

About the role

Doosan Robotics, a leading manufacturer of collaborative robots, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in France. Based in the Lyon area with a hybrid work arrangement, you will be the front‑line champion of our cobot solutions, helping customers improve efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Grow sales by developing a portfolio of key customers and partners across France.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals.
• Present and defend technical offers to customers, ensuring alignment with their needs.
• Organise and participate in customer, marketing, and technical events.
• Contribute to the creation of application notes, success stories, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct benchmark and market analysis to inform regional sales strategies.
• Support the development and execution of national sales plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Experience selling technical solutions in the cobot or industrial robotics market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and develop new business.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work on a base‑plus‑commission compensation model.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable solving go‑to‑market challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
