Business Development Manager – Offshore Energy & Marine Tech

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative marine technology company that is reshaping offshore survey and inspection services. As a Business Development Manager you will drive commercial expansion across the offshore energy market, targeting wind, oil & gas, and marine infrastructure operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with major energy operators and developers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Promote the company’s autonomous survey technology to technical and commercial decision‑makers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales within offshore energy, marine technology or related sectors.
• Established network of contacts with leading offshore energy organisations.
• Experience working with North Sea offshore operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex sales processes.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working remotely and travelling regularly across Europe.
