Business Development Manager – New Logo Acquisition

About the role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) France is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead new‑logo acquisition. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will expand the customer portfolio by targeting high‑potential prospects and converting them into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and execution of sales strategies and action plans.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Participate in tender responses for time‑and‑material or fixed‑price projects.
• Analyse customers’ technical and business requirements to tailor offers.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks with industry verticals, delivery teams and Indian Centres of Excellence.
• Manage 2‑3 strategic accounts, nurturing them from pipeline to closed deals.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a sales role focused on services and solutions.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and closing deals.
• Experience selling offshore IT solutions or services.
• Ability to understand and challenge technical topics presented by clients.
• Broad knowledge of application solutions, infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French.
