Business Development Intern - KOL Endorsements & Partnerships

About the role

Level Infinite, Tencent's global gaming brand and game publisher, is hiring a Business Development & Influencer Partnerships Intern. The intern supports the team in identifying and developing business opportunities that strengthen brand presence and player engagement, with hands-on exposure to partnerships, influencer marketing and the gaming industry. The role sits alongside business development, marketing and esports colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential partners, brands, agencies and ecosystem opportunities
• Help prepare partnership proposals, presentations and pitch materials
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in gaming, esports and entertainment
• Coordinate with marketing, product and esports teams on ongoing partnerships and campaigns
• Maintain internal documentation, reports and partnership trackers
• Sourcing and evaluating influencers and content creators aligned with brand objectives
• Manage relationships with influencers, talent agencies and representatives
• Coordinate influencer and celebrity campaigns, including timelines, deliverables and reporting
• Support creative integration of influencers into campaigns, events and in-game activations
• Track campaign performance and run post-campaign analysis

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing or the gaming industry
• Regular engagement with video games and gaming content
• Proactive, adaptable, organized and comfortable in a multicultural, collaborative environment
• Comfortable working with teams across different time zones

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Basic analytical skills and interest in interpreting campaign data
