Business Developer PV / Storage / EV

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in the photovoltaic (PV), storage and electric vehicle (EV) sectors. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with channel partners to expand Huawei's digital power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with key channel partners (executives, owners, sales managers) in the region.
• Enable partners to improve their solution sales and service capabilities.
• Maintain market order and ensure healthy development of channel businesses.
• Set channel objectives and strategies in collaboration with the National Digital Power Department.
• Develop plans with Channel Sales Representatives for new program launches to distributors.
• Work with offer and channel marketing to provide tools and support to distributors.
• Engage with Huawei Digital Power sales and service leaders for joint planning and support.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance and market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain channel contracts.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Developer in PV, Storage or EV domains.
• Good technical knowledge combined with a dynamic sales approach.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; electrical engineering preferred.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) solutions, including panels, inverters and grid networks.
• Understanding of storage technologies and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
• Technical background in electrical engineering.
