Business Analyst – Identity & Access Management

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join its IAM JML team in Toulouse, France. You will help design and deliver solutions that grant the right access to employees, customers and suppliers at the right time, balancing business continuity with security.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to capture complex business requirements and propose automation opportunities.
• Identify process improvement areas and design IT solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy.
• Produce detailed specification documents for review by stakeholders and product teams.
• Act as the bridge between product management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity.
• Collect, manage and share data that supports organisational objectives and drives measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of analysing problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a multinational environment.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
