About the role

The Finance Business Unit is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in capital markets. You will become part of a team of experts that operate across the full front‑to‑back value chain, delivering consulting and business‑analysis services for financial‑market projects. The role involves close interaction with traders, risk managers and IT teams to ensure that solutions meet market‑specific requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse end‑to‑end processes in capital‑market operations, from front‑office to back‑office.
• Gather and document business requirements, perform gap analysis and define functional specifications.
• Support consulting missions by translating market needs into actionable solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design reporting tools, improve data quality and support testing, validation and rollout of new functionalities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financial markets.
• Experience in business analysis or consulting within a finance environment.
• Ability to work on complex, cross‑functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
