Brand Sales Representative – Vape (Field Sales)

About the role

As a Brand Sales Representative you will own the Marseille region and bring the Vaptio vape brand directly to retailers. You will work autonomously in the field, building relationships with Tabac and specialised vape shops, securing shelf space and driving first orders.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new Tabac and vape shop accounts, negotiate contracts and close initial orders.
• Design and follow a daily route plan to meet visit frequency and order targets.
• Maintain a tiered account management system, ensuring optimal stock levels, price compliance and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute in‑store promotions, product sampling events and POS material deployment.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor activity and consumer feedback, delivering weekly insight briefs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to localise promotional assets and relay frontline pain points.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in France with native‑level French and basic English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years experience in field sales or route‑to‑market roles within FMCG, tobacco, vape or alcoholic beverage sectors.
• Valid French driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
• Familiarity with the French vape retail landscape; existing network of Tabac/Vape shop contacts is a strong plus.
