Brand Designer

About the role

Bitstack is looking for its first dedicated brand designer to bring its newly crafted visual identity to life across every touchpoint. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to shape how the world perceives and experiences the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Bitstack’s visual identity system across web, campaigns, social, experiential, interactive, and in‑product channels.
• Create polished, visually compelling assets such as Instagram carousels, landing pages, presentation decks, event materials, and launch videos.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and scalable design systems that enable the whole team to produce on‑brand work independently.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate campaign concepts into visual assets and support storytelling initiatives.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to explore ideas faster while maintaining high craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing shipped brand assets, campaign visuals, social graphics, and motion work.
• Exceptional taste for typography, grid systems, motion, and the final details that elevate design.
• Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to execute from concept to final production.

Required skills

• Visual design and brand identity development.
• Motion design and animation.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects).
• Experience creating assets for web, social, and in‑product environments.
