Biology Expert – AI Trainer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We develop high‑quality STEM training data for cutting‑edge AI models used by leading labs. As a Biology Expert – AI Trainer you will design deterministic, science‑based problems that have a single verifiable answer, helping AI systems improve reasoning in biological domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced biology problems that challenge frontier AI systems.
• Create deterministic tasks with exactly one correct answer and submit fully verified solutions.
• Develop problem sets involving experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows.
• Use Python and, when relevant, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools to generate and validate data.
• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity throughout the project.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related life‑science field.
• Research or industry experience with computational or quantitative biological analysis.
• Strong Python programming skills; experience with data analysis or bioinformatics workflows is preferred.
• Excellent reasoning ability and comfort with multi‑step scientific problem solving.
• Clear written English and meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer
