Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

Reebelo is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support French‑speaking customers in France and Canada. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Maintain high satisfaction scores and meet performance metrics such as response time and resolution time.
• Test and validate new support features within the ticketing platform.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and work with Logistics, Product, and Sales teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role serving French‑speaking markets.
• Experience in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to follow brand voice guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
