Bid Manager – Construction

About the role

We are partnering with a market‑leading civil engineering and construction firm to recruit a Bid Manager. The role will lead complex, high‑value tenders from inception to submission, directly influencing the company’s ability to win strategic marine and infrastructure projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each tender as an independent project, overseeing all administrative and financial aspects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams—including engineering, planning, procurement, legal, finance and HSE—to produce compliant and competitive bids.
• Lead cost estimation, pricing strategy and financial modelling to meet target margins and risk parameters.
• Ensure all submissions are commercially sound, technically robust and aligned with long‑term growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of experience in bid management or tendering within the construction industry.
• Proven track record delivering bids for infrastructure and marine projects such as ports, quay walls, dredging, coastal works, bridges and heavy civil works.
• Fluency in English and French.
