Bellhop – Guest Luggage & Service (Permanent/Fixed-Term)

About the role

Join the hotel team at Disneyland Paris as a Bellhop, where you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort. You will ensure a warm welcome, handle luggage safely, and support guests throughout their stay, contributing to the magical experience the park is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage their luggage in compliance with safety and handling procedures.
• Organise, arrange and store luggage according to current hotel standards.
• Assist guests during their stay by responding to requests and offering personalised advice.
• Anticipate guest expectations and create memorable moments through attentive service.
• Provide solutions adapted to each situation to maintain service excellence.
• Operate vehicles and transport luggage to rooms in designated Disney® Hotels when required.

Required profile

• Strong sense of service, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Valid driver’s licence held for at least two years.
• Comfortable with manual handling and regular lifting.
• Fluent French (B2), good English (B1) and basic knowledge of a third European language (A2).
• Flexible availability for varied schedules, including weekends, public holidays and school vacation periods (shifts between 6 a.m. and 2 a.m.).
